I was born December 27th 1960 in Waco, TX. I received the Holy Ghost on Easter Sunday 1975 at First Pentecostal Church in Waco, TX. The Church was Pastored by William Harvey Davis. I was married in 1978 to my lovely Wife Jeannine. We have three Daughters, Starla, Sabrina and Savannah. Starla Married Joseph Haney who is a Minister. They Assist in a Church in Oklahoma.

Sabrina Married
Gary Hanks and they are the International Youth Directors for the Apostolic Preachers Network based in South Wales. Savannah is still at home and will soon be in College.

I joined the United States Air Force in 1979 and Jeannine and I were stationed in Bossier City Louisiana. The Church was Pastored by
Alton Phillips. After spending four years in the Air Force I relocated to Dallas, Texas and attended Church at Christ Temple in Irving, Tx. The Church was Pastored by Jack Dehart.

We moved back to Waco in 1990 and attended First Pentecostal Church then Pastored by
David M. Fuller. I was Assistant Pastor to Brother Fuller until the day that I founded a Church twenty miles north of Waco. The Name of the Church was West Apostolic Tabernacle. After about three years we moved the now growing Church to Waco and renamed it Faithworld Apostolic Church. We had a wonderful group of faithful people. I resigned Faithworld in 2001 and resumed Evangelizing.

I have averaged preaching about forty five weekends a year since resigning my Church.

I am based at an exciting , growing Church Pastored by
Robert and Cindy Nelson in Waco , Tx. It is a privilege being a part of Christian Life Church.

I am a country gospel singer and recently finished a trip that went from Nashville Tennessee and then on to Singing in the AWCF World Conference in Evansville Indiana and on to North Bergen N.J. I sing and Preach at most places I go.

I want to tell you about just a few of the people that have help develop my passion for God.

Donald and Margaret Ratcliff from Waco, Tx. took a chance on me and let me preach my first message in their Church when I was only Fourteen Years old. I have not met a greater man of integrity than Donald Ratcliff. He was the District Superintendent for the Assemblies of the Lord Jesus Christ in Texas for many years. He went to be with the Lord a few years ago and I miss him very much.

Pastor Jack Dehart and Lady De revolutionized my thinking. I have never been the same since serving under him in many capacities. I am grateful that he taught me to think out of the box and realize that God’s ways are so far above our ways . He is a Church Growth Expert and I am indebted to him .

Pastor Alton Phillips is a great Church Builder. And when I Came to him in Bossier City he established me in the Church and discipled me. Nobody has worked harder for the Kingdom of God that Bro. and Sis. Phillips.

Pastor Jim Millsap gave me opportunities to feel like I was an equal even when I was a young preacher. I knocked doors with him in Irving doing follow-up on Visitors. Baptized a Cancer patient on a cold icy winter night before she went to be with the Lord and have sang and preached for him many times at his great Church in Paris, Tx.

Another great Man of God that has gone on to be with the Lord was my great friend
Bill F. Haney. Bro. Haney loved Souls and helped teach me how to love souls. He worked tirelessly to reach the lost. Visits and phone calls were the order of the day for Bro. Haney trying to get people to Church. His work goes on. Bro. and Sis. Haney’s son Joseph married my daughter Starla and they are faithful in Ministry. I miss Bro. Haney. His wife Rebekkah is a great missionary to Haiti.

And last but not least.

My brother
David came to the Lord in the same revival that I came to the Lord. He is nine years older so he was more mature. And he never let me sit around and do nothing about God. He taught me how to study the Word, to give to the Kingdom and to pray. When I was a teenager and things were not moving fast enough for me I got away from God for a very short while but my brother would not leave me out there. He called me until I broke down and rushed to an alter. I truly owe my walk with God to him. He and his wife Sandy are the greatest Soul Winners that I know. When my wife was 16 years old and newly married, just a kid, Sandy taught her how to be a Godly woman.

I am blessed to know the Lord and such great people too. I value my friends highly.
